Charles Shane brings more than 30 years of real estate industry experience to Bryason Realty Corporation.

Mr. Shane's expertise encompasses all disciplines within the real estate industry, including brokerage, development, leasing, property management, appraisals, market analysis, construction oversight and asset management for commercial office, retail and multi-family developments. He has spent the last 20 years in the development, leasing, sales and management of commercial properties in Southeast Florida.

Prior to establishing Bryason Realty Corporation, Mr. Shane was Senior Vice President at Brenner Real Estate Group in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this capacity, he coordinated all leasing, sales, construction, development, market analysis, renovation, and asset management activities on behalf of a large commercial real estate portfolio.

During his career, Mr. Shane has been actively involved with coordinating and implementing marketing proposals and development budgets for institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Clients have included national and international firms, financial institutions and numerous governmental regulatory agencies, such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), and the Federal Asset Management Organization (FAMA).

An alumnis of Temple University in Philadelphia, Mr. Shane also studied Business Administration and Management at Monmouth College and Real Estate Appraisal Principles and Practices at Rutgers University. Mr. Shane holds the prestigious Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Trustee and former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Shane serves on the Board of Directors of the Golden Bell Education Fund, and as a member of Boca Raton, and a graduate of Leadership Boca.

Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, Mr. Shane has resided in South Florida for the past 30 years. He is married with two children and lives in Highland Beach with his wife.

Christina Troiano has been actively involved in the Boca Raton community since 1995. Upon graduation from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton in 1995, Ms. Troiano owned and operated a chain of boutique gift shops, including locations at the Radisson Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton, and the Radisson Suites in Boca Raton.

Ms. Troiano joined Bryason Realty Corporation in 2002, as a Marketing Assistant. In 2003 she assumed the responsibilities of Marketing Director. In 2005 she obtained a Real Estate Associate’s license from the State of Florida, and was promoted to Director of Operations for Bryason Realty Corporation. Responsibilities include property management supervision, bookkeeping, marketing, leasing and sales representation.

Ms. Troiano is a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Boca program, Class of 2006, and a Trustee of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.

Born in Long Island, New York, Ms. Troiano has been a resident of South Florida since 1993. She resides in Deerfield Beach, with her husband and two children.
